UC legislation is more flexible!! Sad

The prior information requirement and adequate notice is wide open to abuse by DWP officials.

What is more worrying is, that the Tribunal did not identify the basics in this case.

That is a very interesting case ND. I presume that this is a UC claim and not legacy JSA.
