.....I have always been suspicious of mindfulness because it does nothing to help the person tackle the route cause of their concerns.

Still it has taken Capitalism taken over 16 centuries to find a way to cash in on Buddhism…

It reminds me of the film 'Brazil'. In there is a scene with a banner that says: "Consumers for Christ". I am glad to see that organised religion isn't cashing in on people, so blatantly just yet.

I wonder how long it will be before, there will be mediation tasks in these 'soft skills' courses offered from the JCP.
