This is all very good about going back to glass, making a come back. However, being a cyclist 'broken glass' on the roads etc is the Bane of my life. Evil or Very Mad

You would think they would have a deposit scheme on all plastic-bottles, like they used to do on the glass soda bottles. that I used to take to the local store and collect some sweets with the money? Or even go high tech and use a self service bottle bank and bonus/credit card to collect points with redeemed at a high street supermarket? Question Each bottle worth one point?

As this would be cheaper than paying for the clean up of these items, and they could go straight back into a recycled arena to make more bottles? scratch

From the video its say they receive approx 1 x Norwegian Krone for each bottle (10p), or in the written article "The consumer pays a deposit on every bottle - the equivalent of 10p to 25p depending on size.". So certainly an incentive to recycle, and doesn't go to landfill as well, as there the plastic is separated from the other waste? What is not to like? I love you
