I haven't received my P60.
I'm on JSA and have been throughout the last fiscal year. I understand there is a global pandemic but it's mid July and I have not received the P60 for last year from the DWP.
Calling the jobcentre helpline leads to nothing. 55 minutes of wait and then they tell me they have nothing to do with it.
What should I do? Has anybody else also not received their P60?

I think it is HMRC you need to speak to. Their number can be found in the link.

Re: I haven't received my P60.
Should I Receive a P60 while Claiming Job Seekers Allowance?
Job Seekers Allowance is paid under a PAYE scheme. It’s almost like the Benefits Office is your employer and your JSA is your salary.
Your benefits office should issue you a P60 by the 19 May each year. Unless you found a job during a particular tax year.

To expedite matters you can ask for your P60 via a Freedom of Information request. Alternatively, if you are registered for My Pension Online then you can view your P60 at any time, meaning that there is no need for printing and storing things manually. Your online account acts as a virtual filing cabinet for your P60s and pay slips. You will find the P60 under the Member Documents option once you are logged in.
