I was just wondering does anyone know when at the end of the WH-Program, will it be classed as a 'change of circumstance' for the claimant. By this I mean if you are on ESA/ JSA payment, at the end of the WHP will you be transferred to the Universal Credit scheme? As I thought after the New Deal/Work Program, you where classed as a new claim. scratch
