This taken from the official DWP document (Data tables: In Work Progression trial update: April 2015 to October 2016 )
If I understand correctly these are people working part-time that have been sanctioned under UC in this trial, because, according to their coaches, they did not make sufficient efforts to to improve their earning.
I wonder if their Housing Benefit components have been cut.
