I have placed this document here, because it includes new programmes, support etc. linked to the Work & Health Programme & Group Work - Jobs II.

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/663399/improving-lives-the-future-of-work-health-and-disability.PDF

A few things I noted:

The Fit Note is going to be reformed over then next 2-3 years.

Work coaches are to receive 3 weeks training to increase understanding of the impact of conditions & medication, as well as developing rapport!

Improved access to psychological therapies!

Group Work Trials!

Use of a 'Work Alliance ' mentor!

The entire document has been written by delusional and clueless bureaucrats who have no understanding of the reality that the vast majority of employers are prejudiced against disabled people. All I see in the document is a bunch of genocidal idiots blaming disabled people for their disabilities, just like they blame all unemployed people for their unemployment.

Indeed!

The purpose of my research is to find reasons to avoid the W&HP!

It will be more difficult for people who have a disability and where the key "barrier" in finding work is their health condition/s.

For people without a disability and who have attended the work programme there is a potential argument to challenge what additional support is being provided, if most of the provision is aimed at people with a health condition.

In addition to your comment @Non-Def, is that people's health condition's may be made worse by being in a work environment. I was wondering to whom will be doing the judging of a claimant health/ability to work, Atos or Capita or there GP/Consultant?

Good point El-D!

Only the claimant/potential participant can provide information about their health condition. Support from a health practitioner is very beneficial as well as a restricted activity Fit Note.

DWP/the work coach are entitled to make their own evidence based observations.
