5 minutes? The JSA number is at least 15.

....I have waited longer than 15 minutes. That classical music is irritating but I think what is more (possibly intentionally) irritating, is when the music is interrupted by the recorded voice telling you to remain on hold or call back later.

Also, the woman in that recording has the most appalling diction. 'She' pronounces 'pensions' as if it has no 'o' and a 2nd 'e' i.e. she says pensiens. How irritating  (sorry for going )

No, you're right. Being on hold for 3 minutes is standard due to the way that woman's voice blags on about sh*te before the call even goes through.
