Does Finland have the answer?
Universal income!
Nice idea but it will never happen. It would put the roaches at the jobcenter out of business and know where to go!
The problem is the jobcenter so get rid of it.

UBI is more or less inevitable (The other option is a global conflict and possibly our end as a species).
When and how it will happen is a different matter...
The present elites surely are not interested but pigheadedness it did not stop civil rights advancing.
I only hope future generations will not have to pass through what the Toldpuddle Martyrs had to endure.
