Interesting to see that 50% of people who answered the question "How would you explain the DWP's incorrect decision in this particular case?" (by 3.30pm today) state - conscious cruelty.

ive just read that article and find that the whole saga was a huge joke dwp should get more than that against them

even finned and the person made to suffer to get a huge payout not touched by dwp or the systems that would then penalise people for getting whats due to them and still be able to claim
