Site success

Post by Mary_FV on Sat Apr 22, 2017 9:08 am

Thanks to Gadily and others involved, this site has been created in a matter of a couple of weeks! Very Happy

To be a successful resource of quality support/information we need beneficial and relevant content, participation as well as promotion via website optimisation and sharing.

All suggestions are welcomed! Don't be shy! Very Happy

Like most other sites a long period will be needed for a sizeable following to be achieved.
Beside in these dread times of electoral potential disaster, most people will be involved in that.
So I do not expect much activity until after the elections.
The important thing is for the site to keep going.

I have started the process of linking to other sites it only takes minutes.

Can members also share with other sites they frequent.

Thanks to everyone involved in getting this forum up and running. It's nice to have a place to vent spleen and discuss the on-going demonisation of the unemployed.

The volume of active posters on UM2 waned over time and this may have been one of the reasons TT decided to close his site.

A number of the people I help or have helped off-line are former members of the original unemploymentmovement.com site (2009- April 2014).

I sometimes feel I have exhausted the support I can provide, but I still enjoy contributing where I can.  I have missed absent UM friends some of whom have joined here recently.  Very Happy
