I did not actually realise there was a UC helpline. I recently rang the usual DWP number. The recorded message was that if your enquiry is about UC, you are to submit your question via your UC a/c portal. My understanding is that people who have done this have just had their queries ignored

I am so grateful to not be on UC (yet!)
