Here is another:

There is some good info' on this site, but I cannot vouch for the reliability of advice. Anything needs to be triangulated with another source.

Changes to guidance for regulations 29 and 35

Post by Mary_FV on Sun Jun 18, 2017 12:11 am

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please kindly supply the former version and the new version of guidance to how regulations 29 and 35 should be interpreted in full .

Please kindly supply the impact assessment you carried out in relation to the change in guidance to ensure it was safe to change and would lead to no suicides prior to appeal.

While the law itself has not changed, guidance used to state that anyone whose mental health would be at risk if they were denied benefits or told to engage in work-related activity, specifically anyone who is at risk of suicide or self-harm, should be placed in the support group of ESA. Our understanding is that this guidance has now been changed.

Yours faithfully,

Lee Jefferson
Journalist.
