Not sure why the person has been forced to sign one, even UC claimants with limited capability do not have to seek or be available for work.

It proves that many claimants are unaware that they have a 7 day grace period in which they can challenge the validity of a CC by referring it to a DM before they sign it. This particular CC is clearly not fit for purpose, but is a good example of the sort of rubbish that work roaches foist onto claimants.

there just no company that would even look at them or employ them for that sort of work theres just no point in doing so

If I was that person, I would cling on to that CC. If any doubt is raised, they can then say that no job met the criteria set out in the CC.
