Hi everyone. I love you

I much prefer 'No rules' Mary_FV. Wink
We leave having to deal with the rules down to you and others and what a great job you all do of it. Very Happy

Well after 5 years I finally have my first Tribunal date as well! Shocked The years of e-mails and letters must finally have cost them too much. They have given in and given me a date at the end of June. They still state that there is an outstanding court case (IDS using the EU courts is the only option left for him (ironically) as he wants out)
Not 100% sure as they always fail to tell me what outstanding court case it is. Now I have a date I can ask them and that will cost them even more time to reply. ( remember the sanction only cost me £14 in the end. ( with hardship payments) but that is not the point)

I even think I might have forgot what I wrote on the original first appeal. so a FOI will have to be requested again Laughing Arrow .

Self help forums are more akin to portals/libraries.  However, the people on this site will provide live support if necessary or direct people to other sources of help.

When I was part of a benefit support group with a forum attached to the website the forum was not very busy.  In contrast, the Facebook page was very active indeed.

UM was a political site and attracted people wishing to discuss important issues and ideas.  People like Lazy Cow, Bryan, Brutus, Summerley, TT and Surplus Labour to name but a few are rare characters who brought the site to life and it was filled with very interesting and lively content.

The Lounge/Discussion area on this site is here for chat, thinking out loud etc. if needed.

As g. says no-one can see the site just yet, only those who have been pointed here.    The site is still under development so it may be some time before more people visit or join us.

Good morning everyone, I finally got round to registering. Good to see a few familiar names here.

I've got a tribunal coming up shortly. Is it best to turn up drunk or stoned?

Drunk and stoned it is then. I may not win but I'll feel like I have, just like the Labour party.

Post by Admin on Wed Sep 13, 2017 2:51 pm

ive been pointed to a reference asking where others are

Where has every one gone I ask ?

Yes where have all the old faces got to.

Have they all got jobs ? Have they been forced onto other programs out there

though this post was the interesting bit

Regards past members:
When UM closed down last March most members registered onto here, but sadly don't post as much as I would like.
FV [ Flying Visitor ] has retired was briefly on Benefits advice forum.
Lazy Cow was from central Southern England, a former Solicitor sadly passed away January/February 2016.
As to where everyone else is?

come on paul-ub40 where all adults here just admit we are banned members

The sad thing is, some people on Welfare Central seeking help would benefit from the advice that some of the banned members could give. But they're not made aware of BenefitsAdvice, and those who could direct them here probably won't in fear of being banned if they posted a link.... Sad

When everyone is banned there will be no one on that site. A barman would not ban all his customers drunken

A few Misconceptions; Only as a Very last resort is anyone Banned on WCF, total number is 5, yes that's correct 5,
and they Know who they are and Why they were Banned so won't embarrass them here;
A lot of spammers Trying to join in order to promote Porn & Drugs will never be allowed to join.

With 100 Members and 200 - 400 + Guests per Day
WCF is going Great Guns:
So stop these attacks on successful forums:
