Altering of a Claimant commitment

I was just wondering if anyone knows the rules/regulations regarding altering of a claimant commitment, after it has been signed. As I thought I was signing my decoration and it seem it was to accept the Claimant commitment instead! Found the link (‘Failure to agree initial Claimant Commitment’) is more about initial dispute with C_C unless I have missed something.  

Also it seem my Roach has very selective hearing and if they decide not to allow some ‘reasonable’ changes to my C-C. Is there a procedure to follow to ask for a second opinion after the cooling off period has elapsed? And can the claimant give some reasonable suggestion to make the C_C more manageable, at the moment it is very biased towards what the roach decided to put on the form, and not sustainable for the long term.
