Coping with the benefit system
I complained about how I was treated last Summer when I signed on at Glenrothes Jobcentre (refused to let me sip some water, despite a health complaint, accused me of wielding the bottle as a weapon, then the G4s guard shouting aggressively at me as I left... it's all on some earlier post). At the beginning of the year I rejected their initial response to my complaint and escalated it to some 'managers' who wanted to me to come in and talk to them. I agreed as long as I could take a represntative - long story short we could never agree on a date.
