I’ve seen ill people being made to wait in waiting rooms that are boiling hot - without open windows or air conditioning - but where people are too scared to move or take their coats off because as the notices say: ‘you are being watched on camera’. They worry their actions could be used as evidence they are well.

I am totally convinced that the WCA is not a bona fide assessment but actually just a way of tricking people out of their entitlements.
