The member was dismissed on 5 March 2016 after working for the DWP for nearly 4 years. An employment tribunal found that her managers had breached the duty to make reasonable adjustments for her mental and physical health needs. It also found that she was treated unfavourably “because of something arising in consequence of” her disability, without justification.

In 2016 a Wales TUC survey of almost 4000 workers revealed that nearly 9 out of 10 workers said the menopause had affected their working life.

The menopause is part of the natural aging process for women but can occur at a range of ages and for different reasons.

But if you are disabled and unemployed and are subjected to unlawful treatment by DWP workers you can go swivel. Evil or Very Mad
